Upon waking, you will be welcomed by a rich buffet, with one key word: genuineness. Waiting for you are the best local products, carefully selected by us to offer you only the best from our lands: Luiset cured meats and Borgo Affinatori cheeses, omelets, fresh and dried fruit, organic Famù yogurt and milk, cereals for all tastes, and organic Altalanga hazelnut cream. Not only that: we are very proud to let you taste our highly appreciated hazelnut cake, gluten-free and lactose-free, made only with selected organic Altalanga hazelnut flour; not to mention our homemade jams, made using seasonal and fresh raw materials, with which we also prepare soft tarts. To satisfy all palates, you can request organic Cascina Mana eggs as you prefer: fried, scrambled, or soft-boiled, and we will prepare them for you on the spot. In short, everything you need to face a day of relaxation and exploration of the Langa hills!
