From the very beginning of our story, it has been clear to us how the territory in which we find ourselves represents a perfect example of balance between vineyards, hills, and forests; our passion for the land of Langa has guided us in the recovery of old vineyards through sustainable viticulture: we want our vineyards to be lush gardens, which is why we respect their ecosystem by limiting human intervention, maintaining that balance that allows the vines to grow strong and flourishing. We do not use pesticides or chemical herbicides and we obtained organic certification in 2019 through the Valoritalia organization.

Green Energy
We have tried to give an ecological and sustainable footprint to all the activities of our company: for our wines, we use the Albeisa Leggera bottle to help reduce the impact of CO2 produced; during the renovation of the building, we insulated all the rooms with fixtures to reduce consumption and achieve good energy efficiency. We also have photovoltaic and solar thermal systems; we heat the spaces and water using a wood chip boiler sourced from our forests or from nearby suppliers; we encourage our guests to use the linen change service only when necessary, through timely indications; we own 7 hectares of woodland that allow us to be surrounded by a still vibrant and rich ecosystem, and all our vineyards have organic certification. We are therefore proud to state that we are currently free from the use of fossil fuels and almost entirely self-sufficient in terms of energy.
